Use Internet Explorer's copy and paste command. Highlight this table with our mouse. Then from the edit menu select copy. Open Excel go to the very top left cell of the new worksheet (hit the home key to get there fast). Select Edit and then paste, the entire lab spreadsheet will copy into your new spreadsheet. You may have to adjust your column widths to see the title on the page. After you adjust your columns be sure to save the file to your hard drive.
